The Opportunity

Abdulaziz Alzaid Financial Advisory is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Advisory to lead, develop, and scale its financial advisory practice in Saudi Arabia.

We're seeking a senior leadership role for a high-performing advisory professional with strong market credibility, deep knowledge of the Saudi business landscape, and a proven ability to originate and execute client mandates.

Abdulaziz Alzaid Financial Advisory is licensed to provide financial consulting services for non-securities activities, supporting clients with high-quality financial, strategic, and corporate advisory solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm’s advisory offering, building long-term client relationships, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Advisory, you will be responsible for leading the firm’s advisory practice from both a commercial and technical perspective.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and growth of the financial advisory practice.
  • Originating new advisory mandates across the Saudi market.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with business owners, family offices, investors, executives, corporates, and strategic clients.
  • Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and converting prospects into signed mandates.
  • Leading client meetings, commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Overseeing the preparation of high-quality technical and financial proposals.
  • Supervising the execution of advisory engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
  • Developing the advisory practice’s go-to-market strategy, service offerings, operating model, and delivery standards.
  • Identifying market trends, client needs, and growth opportunities across key sectors.
  • Working closely with senior management to define strategic priorities and revenue targets.
  • Supporting the recruitment, development, and leadership of the advisory team as the practice grows.
  • Ensuring strong professional standards, quality control, confidentiality, and client service excellence.
  • Achieving agreed commercial targets, including revenue generation, pipeline development, and mandate conversion.

The role may cover a range of financial advisory and consulting services, including:

  • Corporate finance advisory.
  • Financial consulting for non-securities activities.
  • Business planning and feasibility studies.
  • Financial modeling and analysis.
