The Corporate Credit and Risk Manager is responsible for managing customer credit exposure, accounts receivable, corporate insurance programs (Property, Health, Motor, and AR Insurance), and enterprise risk activities across overseas entities.

The role ensures effective risk mitigation, timely collections, asset protection, insurance compliance, and support for sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities Credit & Accounts Receivable
  • Evaluate and approve customer credit limits based on the approved DOA.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, collections, and overdue balances.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and financial risk.
  • Manage credit exposure for overseas entities.
  • Support secure payment terms for export and international business.
Insurance Management
  • Manage corporate insurance programs including Property, Health, Motor, and AR Insurance.
  • Coordinate policy renewals, claims, coverage reviews, and insurer relationships.
  • Ensure adequate insurance coverage and compliance across all entities.
  • Monitor insured and uninsured risk exposure.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and commercial risks.
  • Monitor country, market, and foreign customer risks related to overseas operations.
  • Prepare risk and insurance reports for management.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports on credit exposure, collections, claims, and risk indicators.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting.
  • 7+ years of experience in credit, risk management, or insurance.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AR management, trade credit insurance, and corporate insurance.
  • SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel, Power BI, and business reporting skills.
