Finance Operation Support Engagement – project-based contractor

Professionals joining this Finance Operation Support Engagement will have the opportunity to apply and further develop their expertise in IFRS reporting, finance operations, governance, ERP transformation, and large-scale operational support within one of the Kingdom’s most strategic healthcare transformation programs.

The engagement provides exposure to a wide range of finance functions and operational areas, including financial reporting, monthly close, treasury, fixed assets, inventory, budgeting, audit readiness, and finance governance. Team members will work closely with client leadership, finance teams, and transformation stakeholders across multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Candidates with experience in healthcare, shared services, ERP implementation, finance transformation, audit, consulting, or large operational finance environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Lead finance operations within assigned client locations and oversee delivery of IFRS-compliant financial reporting, governance, financial close, audit readiness, and operational finance activities under the Finance Operation Support Engagement.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Ensure preparation of accurate accrual‑based trial balances and IFRS‑compliant financial statements
• Oversee AP, AR, treasury, fixed assets, inventory, and reporting activities
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, and management reports
• Lead and support audit readiness and coordination with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and internal governance requirements
• Coordinate with client management, central teams, and project leadership
• Support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives
• Lead knowledge transfer and capability building activities
• Support relevant budgeting and tax and ZATCA teams by providing required accounting information, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Strong IFRS and financial reporting expertise
• Experience in healthcare, shared services, or transformation projects preferred
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
• An ability to express views and ideas articulately and clearly, both written and verbally.
• Good presentation skills encompassing an ability to convey complex concepts accurately

Support and supervise day-to-day finance operations, monthly close processes, reconciliations, reporting activities, and compliance requirements across assigned finance functions.

• Supervise accounting operations and financial close activities
• Review reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and supporting schedules
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards
• Monitor AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury, and inventory accounting activities
• Support implementation of finance controls, SOPs, and governance requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation requests
• Ensure compliance with IFRS policies and ZATCA requirements
• Support ERP and system enhancement activities
