Specialist - Development Financial Planning & Analysis

The Specialist Development FP&A will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across development projects and business units. The role is responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and financial models.

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data consistency.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and support business requests when needed.
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and validate assumptions.
• Support the annual budgeting process by collecting data and coordinating with departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly generation of reports.
• Support on PR requests.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.
• Participate in financial system updates and reporting automation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to FP&A activities.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management (a master’s degree is preferred).
• Professional certification such as a CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in development or related sectors including Leisure & Entertainment or Real Estate.
• Brings a combination of financial experience with a main focus on robotic process automation, digital finance, and the ability to analyze large amounts of raw data.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.
