Job Description

Business Analyst with background in investment banking and asset management
. Experienced in portfolio management systems, trading workflows, and risk compliance modules across multiple asset classes.

• Analyze and support business processes across asset management and investment operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements.
• Manage and optimize workflows related to trade lifecycle management across various asset classes and markets.
• Ensure effective integration and alignment between internal systems and third‑party vendors.

• Strong experience with Asset Management systems preferably CRD Charles River Development.

• Coverage of asset classes:
  Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds.

• CRD Charles River modules:
  Trade Blotter, end‑to‑end trade workflows, Manager Workbench, PMAR, Performance Measurement, Attribution.
• Complex Account Group Management.
• Risk and Analytics:
  Risk attribution and analysis, integration with third‑party risk providers (e.g., MSCI Factor model implementation and data integration), identification and resolution of data gaps.
• Scenario analysis, asset allocation, security selection, index cash flow forecasting, IBOR, Investment Book of Record.
• Corporate actions: end‑to‑end corporate action workflows and processing.
• Compliance:
  Investment compliance, hands‑on experience with CRD Compliance module.

• Experience with MS SQL Server, database querying, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering abilities.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to handle complex integrations and data‑driven solutions.
