Specialist - Development Financial Planning & Analysis

The Specialist - Development FP&A will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across development projects and business units. The role is responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and financial models.

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data consistency
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and support business requests when needed
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and validate assumptions
• Support the annual budgeting process by collecting data and coordinating with departments
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly generation of reports
• Support on PR requests
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics
• Participate in financial system updates and reporting automation
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to FP&A activities

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / (or) business management or master's degree is preferred
• Professional certification such as a CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in development / understanding Leisure & Entertainment / (or) Real Estate Sectors
• Brings a combination of financial experience, with main focus on the Robotic process automation, Digital Finance and ability to analyze large amounts of raw data
