Fund Operation officer

Role Objective

The Operations Officer is responsible for the seamless execution of back‑office and middle‑office functions. This includes trade settlement, cash management, regulatory reporting, and maintaining the integrity of financial data to mitigate operational risk.

• Trade Management:
  Oversee end‑to‑end processing of trades (units or fixed income), ensuring timely booking, confirmation and settlement with custodians and counter parties.
• Reconciliation:
  Perform daily reconciliations of cash accounts, positions and internal ledgers against bank accounts and admin/custodian statements.
• Corporate Actions:
  Monitor and process corporate actions such as dividends, capital calls and units transfer, ensuring client portfolios are updated accurately and registered in our books/systems.
• Compliance &
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Ensure all operations adhere to CMA regulations (or equivalent regulators) and internal AML/KYC protocols.
• Reporting:
  Prepare daily valuation reports, compute Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, produce periodic regulatory CMA reports and client reports.
• System Optimization:
  Assist in the implementation or upgrade of Portfolio Management Systems (eFront) or other systems or records management.
