Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Manager – M&A Integration to join the Office of the Group CFO in Riyadh.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day execution of a live acquisition targeted for completion in mid-2026, driving post-close integration activities, and supporting the Group's IPO readiness journey.

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in M&A Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 or leading advisory firms preferred)
• Proven involvement in at least two completed buy-side transactions, ideally including cross-border acquisitions
• Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA qualification strongly preferred
• Experience with IPO preparation, public market readiness, and IFRS environments is highly desirable
• Full-time engagement Temporary Contract
• Initial 6-month contract, with potential extension
