Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager - Non-Banking Financial Insinuations (NBFI)

About the RoleSAB is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Relationship Manager to join our FI team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of top-tier Non-Banking Financial Institutions (including asset managers, investment companies, finance companies and fintechs). The candidate will lead the relationship management, origination, and structuring of banking products for a designated portfolio of Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
The role focuses on deepening institutional relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing tailored solutions such as treasury services, lending, and cash management and Tadawul clearing. This position is offering a pathway to assume team leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior RMs/ARMs, and driving strategic portfolio initiatives within the first 6–12 months.
- Relationship Management & Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of NBFI clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high-level relationship management.
- Business Origination: Actively originate new business opportunities across lending, treasury, trade finance, Tadawul clearing and cash management products.

Risk Management:
Structure credit facilities and prepare high-quality, comprehensive credit proposals/reviews in compliance with SAB’s internal policies and SAMA regulations. - Cross-Selling: Collaborate with Product Partners (Treasury, Trade Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Payment and Market Operations) to cross-sell the full suite of bank products.
- Client Advocacy: Ensure client needs are prioritized, offering tailored solutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure all customer onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation is current, following strict regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Act as a key contributor to team strategy, offering guidance and mentoring to Relationship Managers and Assistant
RMs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of banking experience, with significant experience in managing an NBFI or Corporate portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis and credit underwriting.
- Deep understanding of treasury, liquidity management and financial markets.
- Knowledge of financial market is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
