Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager within the Risk Management and Internal Audit function. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in risk advisory, internal audit, and compliance within financial services environments, particularly in fintech and regulated financial institutions.

• Execute end-to-end internal audit engagements under the guidance of Internal Audit leadership.
• Assess and evaluate risk management frameworks, internal controls, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues, and provide practical recommendations.
• Support the development and enhancement of risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen risk awareness and control effectiveness.

• 5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Experience with in consulting firms, banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, fintech companies, payment service providers (PSPs), digital banks, or other regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to fintech and financial services sectors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

One or more of the following professional qualifications is preferred:

• CA
• CPA
• CIA
• ACCA
• MBA
• Or an equivalent professional certification
