- Assist business team(multi-country) on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation.
- Support financial matters for new country/city launches, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and manage financial risks.
- Collaborate with professional financial teams including accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, and internal control to ensure all business activities comply with financial regulations.
- Participate in business planning, take ownership of annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, establish a budget management framework, and conduct effective budget management in partnership with business teams.
- Develop deep business understanding, build an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth operational analysis, and provide actionable recommendations on cost optimization.
- Contribute to financial digitalization initiatives by identifying requirements and proposing solutions from an analytical and monitoring perspective.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance BP or related roles, with familiarity in multi-country business environments.
- Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset; able to quickly adapt to new environments and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in financial software, office tools, and data analysis methods with strong data processing capabilities.
- High sense of responsibility and business sensitivity; able to think critically and skilled at identifying and resolving issues.
- Fluent in English as a working language; open to multi-country travel.
