Role PurposeTo lead strategic performance reporting, financial modeling, provide expert advice on tax, Zakat, and risk management to drive informed decision-making, according to the policies and procedures followed in Elm.
Key Accountabilities & Activities- Strategic Performance Reporting
- Develop and implement strategies for improved performance reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes for optimization.
- Build dynamic financial models for scenario analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis.
- Provide insights for decision‑making based on financial modelling.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting and analysis.
- Provide insights based on financial modelling to support strategic initiatives.
- Executive Reporting
- Implement advanced data visualization tools for executive reporting.
- Conduct training sessions for executives on interpreting complex financial reports.
- Prepare high-level financial reports to the executive team and board.
- Summarize complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Facilitate regular cross‑functional workshops on financial awareness.
- Implement a feedback mechanism to enhance collaboration effectiveness.
- Develop standardized financial reporting templates for other departments.
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments.
- Provide financial insights to support decision‑making in cross‑functional projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
