Internal Auditor

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, assessing operational efficiency, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting sound governance and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with approved audit procedures and standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and risk management practices.
• Review financial and operational records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Assist in risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit working papers.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in internal auditing, external auditing, accounting, or risk management is preferred.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls, and financial reporting principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Saudi nationality is required for this position.
