Relationship Manager – SME & Corporate Responsibilities
- Originate and promote Ijarah (Financial Leasing) solutions for SME and corporate clients to achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored financing solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct business development activities.
- Conduct credit assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluation of prospective customers.
- Review financial statements, cash flow reports, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness.
- Prepare credit proposals and underwriting recommendations in line with the Company's credit policies and risk appetite.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and CAD teams to facilitate timely approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Leasing, Corporate Banking, or SME Financing, with strong exposure to Ijarah products.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets and generating new business within the SME and corporate segments.
- Strong knowledge of SME financing, credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Experience in structuring and managing financing facilities for SME and corporate customers.
- Good understanding of financial leasing regulations and market practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Established network and relationships within the SME sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality financing portfolio while ensuring portfolio profitability and asset quality.
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, including customer reviews, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee collection activities, ensuring timely repayments and effective management of delinquent accounts.
- Manage and reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPL) by proactively monitoring customer exposures and coordinating recovery actions where required.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Leasing, Corporate Banking, or SME Financing, with strong exposure to Ijarah products.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets, portfolio growth, and generating new business within the SME and corporate segments.
- Experience in portfolio management, collections, and NPL monitoring/reduction.
- Strong knowledge of SME financing, credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Experience in structuring and managing financing facilities for SME and corporate customers.
- Good understanding of financial leasing regulations and market practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Established network and relationships within the SME sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
