Internal Audit Manager

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization’s governance, risk management, and internal control framework while working closely with senior leadership and the Audit Committee.

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead audit activities and provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the Audit Committee to strengthen organizational controls and support regulatory compliance.

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan.
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Assess internal controls and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA preferred.
• 7+ years of audit experience, including management-level responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, and governance practices.
• Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
