We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the claims, financial liabilities, and compensations portfolio for one of our clients, a government entity. This role requires a deep understanding of damage assessment, financial settlements, and regulatory compliance, backed by solid experience within the government sector.

• Lead the evaluation, management, and settlement of financial claims, compensations, and complex liabilities for the government client.
• Develop and implement robust frameworks for damage assessment and financial valuation.
• Act as the primary liaison to ensure alignment with national regulations and facilitate dispute resolutions.
• Provide high-level strategic advisory on financial penalties, risk mitigation, and liability management.
• Formulate and update internal policies regarding financial settlements and regulatory compliance.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in claims management, financial compensations, or liability assessment.
• Government Experience (Strict Requirement): Previous, verifiable experience working directly within a Saudi government entity (Ministry, Authority, Commission, etc.) is mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in financial valuation, regulatory interpretation, and settlement negotiations.
• Strategic Mindset: High-level advisory capabilities, moving beyond operational execution to shape policies and financial compliance strategies.
