Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager / Financial Controller with strong Food & Beverage (F&B;) operational finance experience to lead and strengthen the financial control environment across our restaurant operations. The role requires a finance professional with deep understanding of restaurant accounting, Foodics POS systems, inventory controls, recipe costing, operational governance, cash controls, VAT compliance, and financial reporting within the hospitality and luxury dining sector.
The candidate must be operationally involved, detail‑oriented, and capable of building a strong financial control structure that supports management visibility, profitability, and operational discipline.
- Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and financial reports.
- Monitor daily sales, cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop management reports and KPI dashboards.
- Conduct profitability and variance analysis.
- Establish and enforce strong internal financial controls.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations.
- Review voids, discounts, complimentary transactions, and system overrides.
- Manage and monitor Foodics financial controls and permissions.
- Supervise inventory control procedures and stock reconciliations.
- Conduct inventory variance analysis and waste monitoring.
- Implement and maintain recipe costing and menu engineering analysis.
- Ensure proper VAT treatment and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, ZATCA requirements, and external consultants.
- Work closely with operations, purchasing, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience in F&B; / restaurant operations.
- Strong experience with Foodics or restaurant POS systems is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Restaurant P&L, Food Cost Control, Inventory Management, Recipe Costing, Cash Controls, VAT Compliance, and Internal Controls.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in luxury dining or hospitality groups is preferred.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
- CMA / CPA / ACCA is a plus.
- Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations is preferred.
