F&B Cost Controller

A leading F&B company in Riyadh is hiring an experienced F&B Cost Controller to join its growing team.

• Monitor and manage all F&B cost control activities
• Prepare menu costing and profitability analysis
• Track inventory, stock variances, and waste control
• Prepare accurate financial and cost reports
• Ensure proper reconciliation and reporting processes
• Support budgeting and operational efficiency initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs

Menu Costing, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Production Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Supply Chain processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Cost Control
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Catering, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, or Food Production is required
• Strong experience in:
• Menu Costing
• Inventory Management
• Cost Control
• Production Planning
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Supply Chain processes
• Proficiency in ERP Systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance principles
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
