Lead Business Architect

Overview

Lead Consultant responsible for detailed support and expertise in the Transact AA product throughout Temenos implementation projects, guiding less experienced consultants and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

• Provide detailed level support and expertise in Transact AA product during all stages of implementation projects.
• Lead the implementation of specific product components as part of the overall project delivery.
• Handle day‑to‑day challenges and own the resolution of issues as they arise.
• Offer guidance and coaching to less experienced consultants on complex functional issues.
• Specialize in Retail and Corporate banking modules: AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposit.
• Conduct business analysis workshops covering product configuration, out‑of‑the‑box functionalities, and bank‑specific gaps.
• Analyze client business requirements, identify gaps, propose realistic solutions, and validate changes.
• Write specifications for local development and ensure technical consultants understand them.
• Prepare and perform configuration of Temenos products, including static and semi‑static data for core system installation.
• Perform functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
• Review client organization, processes, and workflows; propose best banking practices.
• Conduct User training sessions and update training materials and handouts.
• Coordinate with Temenos maintenance groups to resolve product issues.
• Support travel to client sites as required, with compensation for extended periods away from home.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or banking software consultancy.
• Expert knowledge of Transact AA product.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a benefit.
• Strong understanding of banking processes such as Payments, Credits, Accounting, Treasury, MI, Asset Management, Securities, Private Wealth Management, Trade Finance, Retail and Corporate Banking.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and other office applications.
• Knowledge of the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Awareness of industry and market developments, with ability to adapt solutions within scope.

• Maternity leave: transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month.
