Support the Credit Cards business by optimizing authorization performance
, fraud controls
, and portfolio health
. Ensure the right balance between customer experience (approval rates) and risk management (fraud prevention).

• Develop deep understanding of the bank’s credit card portfolio (segments, spend behavior, lifecycle).
• Drive strategies to improve approval rates while maintaining risk thresholds.
• Collaborate with fraud & risk teams to optimize rules without impacting genuine approvals.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Enhance MIS dashboards for authorization & fraud trends.
• Act as interface between client & issuer stakeholders.
• Implement optimization use cases and track governance cadence.
• Incorporate global best practices into the issuing portfolio.
• Ensure knowledge transfer within cards & fraud teams.
• Mandatory:
  Banking experience with strong understanding of cards, authorization & fraud systems.
• 10–12 years in cards issuing, fraud risk & authorization management.
• Strong knowledge of credit card lifecycle (activation, usage, retention, spend growth).
• Familiarity with fraud & authorization platforms.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable portfolio interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management across risk, fraud & cards teams.
• Awareness of SAMA regulations around fraud reporting & liability.
• Experience in local market fraud trends (KSA/GCC).
• Understanding of compliance vs. business trade-offs.
