Sales Manager, KSA - Fintech​/SaaS

Our client is a regional provider of financial technology solutions focused on compliance and risk management, this company serves banks and financial institutions with software that helps them meet regulatory requirements, combat financial crime, and secure transactions. Its offerings include anti-money laundering systems, payment network connectivity, fraud prevention tools, and reporting platforms, enabling organizations to operate safely within global financial frameworks.

• Drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving assigned targets across banking and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, compliance leaders, and IT teams) to position solutions aligned with regulatory and operational needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and market penetration initiatives within the KSA financial sector.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to tailor proposals, conduct presentations, and ensure successful solution positioning and deal closure.
• Stay up to date with local regulatory requirements and industry trends (e.g., AML, sanctions compliance, payments), using this knowledge to advise clients and strengthen competitive positioning.

• Proven experience in Sales within the SaaS (Financial Services focus), Fintech or AML/KYC industry.
• A strong understanding of financial services.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and drive results in a target-oriented environment.
• Arabic speaker is a must
