Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading electronics manufacturing business based in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy, strengthening financial performance and supporting the next phase of business growth.

This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring a strong finance professional with proven experience in cash flow management, financial restructuring, banking relationships and strategic financial planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Lead the overall finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, controls and compliance.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, treasury management and working capital optimization.
• Lead financial restructuring initiatives, improving profitability, efficiency and financial sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors and external stakeholders.
• Manage all banking facilities, financing arrangements and debt negotiation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the organization.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to the executive leadership team and Board.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, taxation, ZATCA regulations and IFRS.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting systems and internal controls.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering accountability and professional development.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to improve financial performance across the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
• Strong background within manufacturing, preferably electronics, industrial or engineering sector.
• Demonstrable experience leading business restructuring and transformation initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, working capital and financial planning.
• Proven track record managing relationships with banks, lenders and external financial stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions at executive level.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building high‑performing finance team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging confidently with executive leadership, shareholders, banks and external partners.
