We re seeking a Credit Risk Manager – SME Lending for a 6-month secondment to support our Credit Risk team across the SME lending portfolio, covering secured, unsecured, and program-based lending.
What we re looking for- 8–10 years of banking experience, with substantial credit risk or SME/commercial lending experience
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong credit and financial statement analysis skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Good written and verbal communication; able to work across teams
- Sound understanding of SME lending products and risk across secured, unsecured, and program-based lending
- Experience overseeing program-based lending criteria, scorecards, or decisioning rules
- Background partnering across business, product, and legal teams on credit matters
