eWe are seeking a highly analytical Financial Planning & Modeling Analys
t to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for developing financial models, conducting feasibility studies, preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting investment decisions across large-scale real estate and development projects
.The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Development, Investments, Treasury, Asset Management, and Executive Management to deliver financial insights that support strategic growth and value creation
Key Responsibiliti- es Develop and maintain financial models for real estate development project
- s.Prepare project feasibility studies and investment evaluation
- s.Perform DCF valuations, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysi
- s.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business plannin
- g.Analyze project cash flows, profitability, and funding requirement
- s.Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentation
- s.Support investment, acquisition, and asset performance analysi
- s.Assist with treasury planning, financing, and lender reportin
- g.Utilize ERP systems and Power BI to improve financial reporting and analytic
- nts Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or a related fie
- ld.3–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, or Real Estate Finan
- ce.
Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studi - es.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skil - ls.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or simil - ar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skil
- ions Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, REITs, Investment Firms, or Private Equity Real Est
- ate.
Knowledge of the Saudi real estate mar - ket.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, or FMVA are highly desira - ble.
