Senior Director Finance

The Senior Director of Finance will serve as a critical strategic partner to the executive leadership team, leveraging advanced financial acumen and leadership capabilities to drive financial performance and operational excellence across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in leading financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis, demonstrating the ability to predict economic trends and their impacts on the organization
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) applicable to the organization
• Demonstrated capability in risk management and internal controls, with a strong track record of identifying and mitigating financial risks
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing finance teams
