Mid–Senior Banking & Finance Associate Lawyer; Saudi National | Global Law Firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Saudi National Banking & Finance Associate (3–9 PQE) to join the Riyadh office of a leading global law firm.

The firm is seeking a mid‑senior associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice, advising domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, government entities and major corporates on many of the Kingdom's most significant financing transactions.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and Islamic Banking & Finance matters, including:

• Islamic finance and Shari'ah‑compliant structures
• Syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
• Corporate finance
• Acquisition finance
• Project finance
• Real estate finance
• Refinancing and restructuring transactions
• Security arrangements and financing documentation

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross‑border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

• Saudi National
• 3–9 years' PQE
• Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top‑tier regional law firm.
• Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari'ah‑compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous.
• Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
