Responsibilities
- Islamic finance and Shari ah-compliant structures
- Syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
- Refinancing and restructuring transactions
- Security arrangements and financing documentation
- The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
- 3–9 years PQE
- Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm
- Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari ah-compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous
- Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions
