The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
▪ 3–9 years' PQE
▪ Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
▪ Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari'ah-compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous.
▪ Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
