Position Summary

• Responsible in conducting financial audits of accounting transactions in the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information and processes. And present written and oral reports on a regular basis
• Responsible for the timely completion and implementation of the daily Auditing work.
• Incoming documents shall be audited and inspected after completion to confirm it is verified and financially and documentary legal.
• Present written and oral finance reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure that financial penalties are calculated as stipulated in the policy.
• Audit all accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Review petty cash and related documents ensure they were conducted as per the established rules and procedures.
• Audit of financial operations in the system.
• Provide financial work information by collecting and summarizing data.
• Ensures all transactions adhere to respective Governmental guidelines and regulations.
• Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
• Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
