The firm is seeking a to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice advising domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, government entities and major corporates on many of the Kingdom's most significant financing transactions.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and matters including Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structures.

• Syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
• Corporate finance
• Acquisition finance
• Project finance
• Real estate finance
• Refinancing and restructuring transactions
• Security arrangements and financing documentation

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

Saudi National 3 - 9 years' PQE. Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.

Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari'ah-compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous. Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
