Senior Analyst, Business II

• Steer the direction of the business by providing accurate and actionable analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and other relevant data.
• Collect, organize and analyze data from various sources such as production planning, financial statements, market research reports, and internal databases using statistical analysis tools, data visualization techniques, and other analytical methods.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
• Track and monitor business performance by reviewing key metrics and KPIs, assessing financial performance, sales figures, market share, and other indicators; identify strengths and weaknesses and provide insights to improve performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations, developing and maintaining financial models for growth projects, optimizing resource allocation, and devising strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, marketing, operations, and strategy—to gather data, understand business needs, and align analysis with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry trends; pursue continuous learning to enhance analytical skills.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests, extract insights from financial datasets, and create customized reports to address specific requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5–8 years of experience as a senior analyst.
