The Real Estate Investment Expert is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities while providing expert financial and commercial analysis to support strategic investment decisions. The role leads investment assessments, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio performance analysis to maximize returns and mitigate investment risks
Key Responsibiliti- Identify, evaluate, and recommend real estate investment opportunities across various asset class
- Develop complex financial models, investment valuations, and feasibility studies
- Conduct market research and analyze economic, demographic, and real estate market trends
- Prepare investment papers, business cases, and recommendations for the Investment Committee and senior management
- Lead financial, legal, commercial, and technical due diligence process
- Assess acquisition, development, joint venture, and divestment opportunities
- Perform investment underwriting, including DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analysis
- Monitor investment portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Development, and external advisors throughout the investment life cycle
- Ensure compliance with investment policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare periodic investment reports, market insights, and portfolio performance dashboards
- Maintain market intelligence and benchmark data to support investment strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fi
