Mergers & Acquisitions Senior – EY Parthenon – Riyadh (Saudi Talent)

Location: Riyadh

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced M&A Strategy & Transactions professional to join our high performing team. As an M&A Senior, you will work with Senior Managers and Partners to assist clients in assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing all aspects of a transaction, assessing projected synergies, project managing the deal cycle, assisting in negotiations, and conducting financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of transactions across the client portfolio, preparing client reports and key documentation for fund raising, acquisitions and disposals. Manage the transaction timetable, ensure quality on client deliverables, engage with counter parties and other advisers to meet milestones, understand key business drivers, identify and manage key issues and risks through insights and advice, collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Skills & Attributes for Success

Experience in corporate finance at an investment bank, professional services firm or boutique with a track record of both buy‑side and sell‑side work, strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on a solid understanding of financial statements, sound judgement, and the ability to generate creative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in finance or a related specialization from a reputable university.
  • At least 3‑4 years’ experience in an M&A environment, including playing a key role in executing transactions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.
