As a Large Cap Analyst in our Global Corporate Banking team, you will work with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates to develop and maintain client relationships (business intelligence, financial analysis, marketing, and execution). You will have full responsibility for internal processes such as obtaining approvals in deal executions, highlighting and tracking Corporate Banking opportunities across the client list, reviewing financial statements, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate reporting.
Additionally, you will review and analyze client financial statements and assist in the preparation of pitch books and executions.
The Global Corporate Bank (GCB) manages J.P. Morgan's relationships with large corporations and financial institutions globally to address clients' banking needs and help them grow. This role is part of the Global Corporate Banking team covering the MENA region with a focus on Saudi clients and will be based in Riyadh. We may consider candidates based in Dubai with frequent travel to the region.
Job Responsibilities- Assist Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client base.
- Prepare internal memos, including Balance Sheet committee memorandum, relationship reviews, and account plans.
- Leverage financial models and other financial analysis.
- Assist senior team on client coverage initiatives.
- Execute end‑to‑end client transactions.
- Support project coordination, including client communication and coordination externally and within the bank.
- Monitor and evaluate events, valuations and other financial information of the clients.
- Conduct industry and company research and support credit analyses by reviewing financial statements, listening to and summarizing investor presentations and supporting the credit approval and documentation process.
- Maintain internal reports, including revenue tracking and pipeline management.
- Assist with the preparation of pitch books and other marketing material.
- Outstanding academic record with prior experience in corporate banking, investment banking, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or audit.
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modeling, valuation, and PowerPoint presentations.
- A team player with a high level of motivation.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and synthesize large amounts of information to develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey concepts concisely and defend their validity.
- Excellent technology skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, proactive, with intellectual curiosity.
- Fluency in English.
- Saudi national is essential.
