About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and financial operations while supporting strategic decision‑making and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and company policies
- Manage audits and tax reporting
- Develop financial forecasts and business models
- Monitor operational costs and profitability
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is preferred
- 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Saudi Nationality is required
