Senior Finance Analyst, DS MEA

Responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team to drive profitable growth and support key business decision-making
• Build and maintain business partner relationships with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders
• Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners to support better business decisions
• Actively participate locally in business planning, budget updates, and improve forecast accuracy
• Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP, internal policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
• Typically requires 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance roles
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non‑finance stakeholders and influence decision‑making
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build executive‑facing dashboards and reports
• Certifications:
  
  CPA or equivalent (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while effectively partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive business decisions. Proficient in utilizing Business Intelligence tools to create impactful financial reports and dashboards.
