Assistant Credit Controller – Full‑time, on‑site position at Pepsi Co, Riyadh.
Responsibilities- Facilitate key account reconciliations to enhance serviceability and ensure timely confirmation processes.
- Implement the accounts‑receivable review and reconciliation process.
- Provide regular feedback to the Credit Controller, reviewing the status of reconciliations and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with FSS, CAM, sales and finance teams to obtain and confirm balances from customers.
- Prepare and file reconciliations, resolve variances, and maintain easy‑retrieval filing systems.
- Share reconciliation summaries with regional sales and finance teams and report to the Credit Controller by the required deadlines.
- Follow up on confirmations and complete reconciliations within OTC timelines.
- Analyze payments from OT customers, resolve variances with sales and customers, and monitor collection schedules to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain summaries of LTA and credit terms for OT customers, including balance confirmations and fixed incentives.
- Follow up with collection agencies or insurers on receivable balances that have been transferred for collection.
- Facilitate control execution: understand control objectives, document test scripts, evaluate effectiveness, maintain audit trails, remediate deficiencies, and provide verification results.
- Ensure 100% customer confirmations on a quarterly basis, proper filing of reconciliations, and resolution of action items within one cycle.
- Degree in Finance or partial qualification as ACA, CPA, or ACMA.
- At least 5 years of core finance experience.
- Hands‑on experience with SD software modules.
- Strong initiative and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- High computer literacy.
- Knowledge of S2C.
