About the Company

Madeen is recruiting on behalf of a client which is a manufacturing & trading group based in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and GCC countries. It is a leading and well‑established group seeking an experienced CFO to lead finance during a critical growth phase. The organization is currently in an advanced stage of Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation, offering an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance leader to shape the company's future.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee the complete financial operations of the group, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, treasury management, operational excellence, and successful IPO readiness.

• Financial leadership: lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities, oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial reporting, prepare consolidated financial statements, and manage executive financial reporting and business performance analysis.
• Manufacturing & trading finance: supervise manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis; monitor profitability across trading operations; improve margins and operational cost efficiency.
• Budgeting & financial planning: lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, deliver financial modelling and strategic planning support, provide actionable financial insights to executive management.
• Treasury & cash management: manage group cash flow and liquidity, optimize banking relationships and financing, oversee CAPEX funding and foreign currency exposure.
• Compliance & governance: ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax and local regulations; lead internal and external audits; strengthen financial controls and corporate governance.
• ERP & digital transformation: manage SAP ERP financial modules, improve finance automation and reporting processes, integrate finance, supply chain, and manufacturing systems.
• Leadership: lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations, standardize financial policies and reporting practices, drive continuous improvement and performance excellence.
• IPO readiness: lead financial preparation for the IPO, coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities; support financial due diligence, restated financial statements, and investor readiness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA).
• 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, trading, multi‑entity group consolidation, GCC/KSA environment, and IPO preparation (highly preferred).
• Technical skills: IFRS, SAP ERP, group consolidation, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury management, ZATCA regulations, advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
• Riyadh‑based candidates preferred.
