Knight Frank’s Capital Markets team provides strategic real estate investment advice to a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, sovereign entities, family offices, developers, and private investors across the Middle East.
The Saudi Arabia Capital Markets team is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to support investment advisory and transactional activities across the Kingdom. The role will involve supporting buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, preparing investment materials, conducting financial analysis, and assisting senior team members in executing real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience within Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, or Real Estate Transactions in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local market and exposure to transaction processes.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of Capital Markets transactions across various real estate sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Assist with buy‑side and sell‑side advisory mandates, including acquisition and disposal assignments.
- Prepare investment memorandums, pitch presentations, teasers, and other client‑facing materials.
- Conduct financial analysis, investment underwriting, and cash flow modelling using Excel.
- Analyse property performance, investment returns, and market opportunities.
- Support preparation of valuation inputs, investment analysis, and transaction recommendations.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on Saudi real estate trends, investor activity, and market dynamics.
- Maintain and update transaction trackers, databases, and pipeline reports.
- Assist senior team members with client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, institutions, and key market participants.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Research, Valuation, and other service lines to support client requirements.
- Support due diligence processes, including reviewing transaction documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Knight Frank’s professional standards at all times.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required to support the wider Capital Markets team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, Real Estate Transactions, or a similar role within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market and investment landscape.
- Experience supporting real estate transactions and preparing investment analysis.
- Strong financial modelling skills and ability to analyse investment opportunities.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. - Team‑oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic language skills are preferred and will be considered an advantage due to the client‑facing nature of the role and the Saudi market environment. - MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
