We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Vice President – Finance to lead the financial strategy of a high-growth technology company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive financial performance, strengthen governance, support strategic growth, and partner with the CEO and Board on critical business decisions.
This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in capital raising, IPO readiness, and M&A execution
. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, building investor confidence, and preparing the company for its next stage of growth.
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, Board, and executive team.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, cash flow, audit, compliance, and financial controls.
- Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Drive IPO readiness, including governance, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Lead all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate transactions.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance function while driving process improvement and finance transformation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7-10 years in executive leadership.
- Experience with in a technology, SaaS, fintech, software, digital, or high-growth business.
- Demonstrated success raising capital through equity and debt financing.
- Proven experience leading a company through an IPO, M&A, or other major corporate transaction is essential.
- Strong track record working with Boards, investors, investment banks, auditors, and regulators.
- Experience in financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, and ERP transformation.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
