Vice President – Treasury | Fintech

The Vice President / General Manager – Treasury will be responsible for leading the company's treasury function, ensuring effective liquidity management, funding, banking relationships, cash flow optimization, and financial risk management across all operations. The role plays a strategic part in supporting business growth, optimizing financial performance, maintaining financial stability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the corporate treasury strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Manage banking relationships, funding facilities, payment solutions, and digital payment platforms.
• Oversee financial risk management, including liquidity, FX, interest rate, and counter party risks.
• Manage debt facilities, capital planning, and investment activities.
• Lead treasury operations, internal controls, ERP/TMS optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing treasury team while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CFA, ACT, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking, including 7+ years in a senior treasury leadership role, with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market and the GCC region.
• Strong expertise in corporate treasury management, liquidity planning, banking operations, digital payment solutions, financial risk management, working capital optimization, and Treasury Management Systems/ERP platforms such as SAP Treasury, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, or Oracle.
• Proven executive leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to build strong banking relationships while leading high-performing teams.
