Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking applications for the role of Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst from candidates with 3–5 years of experience in multi-asset class investment analysis, including financial modelling, valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps), due diligence, and portfolio operations.

Job Description:

• Evaluate investment opportunities across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Public Equity. This includes building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, Comps), due diligence and executing scenario/sensitivity analyses to identify key value drivers and risk factors.
• Assist on presentation materials for senior management, investment committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Point of contact for the Investment team, consolidating internal queries and ensuring seamless information flows across departments.
• Support in the operational lifecycle of investments, including capital calls, distributions, and performance tracking across all asset classes.
• Assist in collaborating closely with external asset managers, financial advisors, legal counsel, and joint-venture partners to execute transactions and monitor ongoing performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant majors. (Certifications such as CFA will be highly desirable)
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
