Act as Business Partner in facilitating the realising of respective business unit’s operational strategy by being a trusted advisor. Further lead the company’s budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting for all required periodical and ad-hoc needs for the senior management, and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, budget, and respective policies and processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Contribution
  • Build short-term and long-term strategies for the function/s being supported for enhancing the People capability and Business Performance, in alignment with the Business Leaders and Finance team
  • Execute the Finance strategy by following the operational plans shared to achieve functional objectives and contribute to delivering the Company strategy
Leadership
  • Guide in executing Finance operational plans by ensuring buy-in from Business and high-quality output.
  • Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to NADEC's vision, mission, values, and strategy to maintain a highly engaged and motivated team and continuously improve performance.
Budgeting

Develop, submit, and upon approval implement the Business-People budget, monitoring its accurate execution, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations, to ensure compliance with pre‑set targets.

Budget Management (Organizational)
  • Oversee the preparation of the annual Supply Chain budget in collaboration with function heads (Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, Planning, and Distribution), ensuring its alignment with operational strategies and submission to the Director FP&A for review.
  • Lead the implementation of monthly and quarterly budget monitoring activities, identifying variances and supporting the development of corrective actions to maintain financial control.
  • Advise Senior Management on the financial impact of various management decisions, to provide them with budget‑related input to make the right decisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop tools and facilitate departmental budget preparation and serve as the liaison with Finance and other departments, to implement budget objectives.
  • Monitor and verify the expenditures against approved levels, investigate and recommend corrective actions for significant variances, ensuring effective performance, appropriate cost control, and continuous monitoring of company performance against set targets and metrics.
  • Ensure that required data are collected from different internal and external sources and ensure their accuracy, validity, and consistency with the underlying business assumptions.
  • Lead the development of financial models and analysis, including the development of presentation materials as needed to address emerging and ongoing financial concerns.
  • Establish procedures for measuring, monitoring, and managing NADEC’s short and long‑term liquidity and funding needs to take the appropriate actions.
  • Prepare, in coordination with the VP of Finance, the financial plans and policies, ensure their implementation, and prepare regular and special‑purpose reports.
  • Provide financial insights to facilitate decision‑making around strategic business initiatives and achieve NADEC’s business objectives.
  • Prepare long‑term forecasting and relevant sensitivity analysis to ensure readiness for best‑and‑worst‑case business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with departments to review plans, determine budgetary needs, gather information, monitor programs, and make recommendations on budget preparation, presentation, implementation, and interpretation.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Associate from a Certified Professional body (CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA)
Experience:

8-12 years of experience in a relevant field.
