Purpose

The Reporting & Budgeting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The role ensures the timely preparation of accurate financial reports, monitors budget performance, analyzes financial results, and provides financial insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across departments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
  • Develop financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
  • Analyze budget and financial variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
  • Support business planning through financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports.
  • Collaborate with business units to review budgets and financial performance.
  • Maintain and improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, or a related finance function.
  • Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP is preferred.
