A leading and well-established Manufacturing & Trading Group with operations across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and GCC countries is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function during a critical growth phase.
The organization is currently in an advanced stage of Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation, offering an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance leader to play a key role in shaping the company's future.
Position SummaryReporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will oversee the complete financial operations of the group, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, treasury management, operational excellence, and successful IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for all subsidiaries.
- Manage executive financial reporting and business performance analysis.
- Supervise manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Monitor profitability across trading operations.
- Improve margins and operational cost efficiency.
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Deliver financial modelling and strategic planning support.
- Provide actionable financial insights to executive management.
- Manage group cash flow and liquidity.
- Optimize banking relationships and financing.
- Oversee CAPEX funding and foreign currency exposure.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and local regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Strengthen financial controls and corporate governance.
- Improve finance automation and reporting processes.
- Integrate Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations.
- Standardize financial policies and reporting practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance excellence.
- Lead financial preparation for the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO).
- Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support financial due diligence, restated financial statements, and investor readiness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification preferred: CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA.
- 10–25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
