We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Manager to lead and execute the company's investment strategy, manage investment portfolios, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver sustainable returns while maintaining appropriate risk controls. The role plays a critical part in driving the company's long-term growth and maximizing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Investment Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance short and long-term investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze local and regional markets, industries, and economic trends to identify attractive investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Provide investment recommendations and strategic insights to executive management and the Board.
  • Establish and improve investment governance frameworks, policies, and decision-making processes.
Investment Management & Execution
  • Oversee and manage investment portfolios to optimize performance and returns.
  • Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify corrective actions when required.
  • Structure and optimize investment portfolios to achieve targeted risk-adjusted returns.
  • Lead or actively participate in investment transactions from initial assessment through deal closing.
  • Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities across targeted sectors.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate investment-related risks.
  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and market developments impacting investments.
  • Define risk appetite, investment limits, early warning indicators, and exit strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with investment and risk management policies.
Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic investments, partnerships, and financing arrangements.
  • Represent the company before investment entities, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage an extensive network of investors, funds, banks, advisors, developers, and government entities.
  • Evaluate and structure financing solutions, capital structures, and funding strategies for investment opportunities.
Reporting & Decision Support
  • Prepare periodic investment performance reports and presentations.
  • Develop advanced financial models to support investment decision-making.
  • Present investment cases to executive leadership and investment committees, including opportunity assessment, alternatives, risk analysis, return projections, scenarios, and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain investment policies, authority matrices, conflict-of-interest controls, and investment committee guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Investment, or related discipline) is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or portfolio management.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role as Investment Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to investment transactions that generated measurable returns.
  • Experience in M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, financing, private investments, or real estate development.
Professional Certifications Preferred certifications include:
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst)
Technical Skills
  • Advanced financial analysis and investment valuation.
  • Financial modeling including NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, Sensitivity Analysis, and Scenario Analysis
    .
  • Feasibility studies and investment assessments.
  • Investment risk management and return optimization.
  • Deal structuring and transaction execution.
