Aon Rewards is looking for Interns in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon business group within Aon, beside clients in the General Industry, our list includes virtually every leading global financial services firm, including private equity firms, investment banks, investment management organizations, sovereign wealth funds, commercial and retail banks, securities firms and public plan sponsors.

Interns will have an opportunity to work alongside senior consultants in the development of consulting projects and annual compensation studies. Interns will gain exposure to various segments of the general and financial services industry, including Asset Management and Investment Banking/Capital Markets.

• Assisting analysts in the preparation of compensation statistics for final survey publication
• Loading and reviewing firm compensation information, as well as, resolving data issues with clients
• Preparing client presentations, you bring knowledge and expertise
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic
• Detail oriented
• Works well under pressure
• Works well with others as well as individually
• Willingness to work overtime (as needed)

• Graduate of a university; preferably with a degree in Finance

• A monthly stipend time frame
• 3 months prerequisite Aon Rewards will not provide any visas
