Senior Associate​/AVP - PE

We re looking for an experienced Senior Associate AVP with experience in the fashion retail industry to join our deals team where you will play a vital role in the full-cycle deal process The role will focus on the ZYA PE Fashion Fund

• Own deal sourcing strategy and establish new sources of proprietary deal flow
• Lead and oversee the deal execution process
• Conduct in-depth commercial financial and operational due diligence working closely with internal teams and external advisors
• Develop detailed investment memos and presentations for Investment Committee discussions
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts deal sources advisors and entrepreneurs to support proactive origination
• Participate in negotiation and execution of investment transactions coordinating with legal and regulatory advisors
• Monitor deal pipelines maintain transaction records and support internal investment reporting processes
• Collaborate with the broader investment team on sector research and thematic sourcing to identify high-potential opportunities
• Develop junior team members through coaching mentoring and performance management

• Bachelor s degree in business, economics, or related field.
• Master s degree or professional certification is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a direct PE Investment, M&A, or IB role with a focus on fashion, luxury, retail, D2C, beauty, or related field.
• Proven track record in leading transactions $20M within funds managing $1B AUM.
• Advanced modelling (LBO, DCF, sensitivities), valuation, structuring and term-sheet negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
