Risk Manager/Analyst
Are you a detail-oriented risk professional with a strategic mindset? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Assistant Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.
In this pivotal role, you will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of our enterprise risk management framework. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business functions, ensuring organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and execution of the company’s risk management strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate emerging risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks, using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the Board.
- Coordinate risk assessments across departments, facilitating workshops and interviews to gather risk intelligence.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.
- Support the implementation and testing of internal controls and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements, including SAMA, CMA, or other relevant Saudi authorities, as applicable.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to close gaps and strengthen the control environment.
- Stay updated on global and regional risk trends, including cyber, ESG, and geopolitical risks.
- Assist in crisis management and business continuity planning as part of the overall risk framework.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification such as FRM, PRM, CRM, or CIA is a strong plus.
Experience:
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance, preferably within banking, consulting, insurance, or large corporate environments.
Technical
Skills:
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and data analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERM software.
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO frameworks.
Analytical Mindset:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English skills. Arabic is an advantage. Ability to present risk concepts clearly to non-experts.
Interpersonal
Skills:
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Other:
High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-evolving market.
