- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in VAT / Indirect Tax, preferably within the Saudi market Strong working knowledge of ZATCA regulations and E-Invoicing (Fatoora) requirements
Professional certification (Recognized Diploma in Taxation) is preferred
Responsibilities:1. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly VAT returns in full accordance with ZATCA regulations and deadlines
2. Ensure ongoing compliance with the Saudi Arabia VAT Law and its Executive Regulations across all transactions
3. Manage E-Invoicing (Fatoora) compliance, including Phase 2 integration requirements with ZATCA
4. Review and validate VAT treatment on supplier and customer invoices (standard-rated, zero-rated, and exempt categories)
5. Reconcile input and output VAT accounts monthly and promptly resolve discrepancies
6. Support external audits and ZATCA VAT inspections by preparing documentation and responding to queries
7. Monitor updates to KSA tax legislation and assess the impact of regulatory changes on business operations
8. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams on VAT clauses in contracts and Withholding Tax (WHT) requirements where applicable
